What is a Buyer's Agent and Why Use One?
Quite simply, a buyer's agent represents you. It's important to remember that the listing agent represents the seller, not you, and they are obligated to do what is in the best interest of their client i.e. the seller. Thus, as a buyer, its important to have representation to help negotiate a lower price for your home as well as protecting your rights during the entire home purchasing process. Buying a home is one of the biggest investments a person can make, so why go it alone?
